News Flash: My Friend Flicka a film again.

So, it seems that lately classic books previously made into films are becoming films again. My Friend Flicka by Mary O’Hara has become Flicka which opened yesterday here in the USA.
I just thought that y’all might like to know.

    Confessed Tim McGraw fan (I know, in San Francisco?? Country fan in the City?) I watched an interview with him on CMT, and he hesitated to play the role of a rancher in a cowboy hat–not much of a stretch, but said that he thought the script had great substance and merit. We’ll see, I suppose–for fans of the book and the older version of the movie.

    I am a big fan of Tim Mgraw! That alone will get me to the theater to see the film, not to mention I loved the book when I was in highschool. A true classic.

    I saw an interview with him that was filmed on a ranch. The film sounds like it will be very enjoyable.
