A couple of things…
Have you seen the trailer for Eragon yet? It looks yummy. Seriously, the hair on my arms stood up. The scenery is lovely, by the way. All sorts of mountains in either Slovakia or Hungary. Head over to the IMDB and see it for yourself: Eragon Trailer. I’m going to go watch it again.
Also, as suggested by the mighty Keith, I have set up a group over at LibraryThing called The Book Stacks. So, if you are curious about what books I have, would like to talk about books you have, just want to talk about books, or want to say “hi”, stop on by. I’ll see you there. (I think I may end up paying for a lifetime subscription, by the way. I have way too many books for the free part to me enough.)

I’m interested in seeing the movie, I’m just not sure I can handle John Malkovich in a fantasy movie. I’m ok with Jeremy Irons, especially after seeing him in Kingdom of Heaven, But John I’m not so sure about.
Joined the club. Hopefully we can get more members. I also found that one of my favorite Authors has a profile up on there as well.

Elisa,
Just stopped by LT, after quickly signing up (nothing personal yet) and looking around. Hope to make some time for an extended visit later. (Hmmmm. He MAKES time. Curious.)
Anyway, you seem to have quite a fantastic bent. My proclivity leans towards non-fiction, historical, and mystery. I see, however, Doctor Who is on your general agenda. It seems to me, I was watching that on occasion about 30 to 35 years ago?
My nephew (now an author, playwright, actor, journalist in Austin) totally loved it. Probably should have paid more attention… imagine how much more accomplished I may have become by now
As a sometimes artist, I’ve been told often through the years, “I can’t draw.”
Elisa, I’ve seen your work. I will not argue ;-P
I actually think your cats are quite endearing. Eliot would be proud to wear your shirt!
BTW: Keith, how can you say JM may not handle a fantasy? “Being John Malkovich” is one of my favorite “fantasies!” Of course, “Making Mr. Right,” was more autobiographical, but pretty fantastic just the same! ;-P

Keith & Tim, I’ve actually started a thread in the Book Stacks group on LibraryThing.

Tim, I am now doing the Watching Doctor Who blog.
I should also point out that I love historical mysteries, and you will be seeing more of them reviewed here as time permits. Thanks for stopping by!
